• Press 1 to reach the Pet Poison Helpline concerning your pet.
• Press 2 if you are calling to report a lost or found pet.
• Press 3 to order a replacement collar/collar tag for your pet or for microchipping product inquiries.
• Press 4 to check the status of your pet's enrollment.
  *If possible, please fax, email or mail any necessary changes so that we may better serve those customers calling to report lost or found animals.
• Press 0 to speak with an operator at any time.
• Press 9 to repeat the menu and hear the options again.
