- Then click on the Free Microchip Program link
- Fill out the form and submit to AKC CAR.
REBATE PROGRAM
As a demonstration of our ongoing commitment to the veterinary community, we are offering a rebate for every $12.50 enrollment received. Additionally, we will continue to offer a $12.50 enrollment fee for veterinarians and their patients.
To ensure that we are called immediately when a pet is found, we are now providing a free metal collar tag with every microchip enrollment.

Sign Up For The Program
Join our Veterinarian Incentive Program to receive a $2.00 rebate for every $12.50 enrollment that AKC CAR adds to the database. Your rebate is payable quarterly and there is no cost to join the program.
